Some peoples rights and freedoms have been infringed upon longer than others, this charter holds no meaning because the Government workers have been taken peoples rights and freedoms away for years.

The Government is the cause of why so many people struggle with mental health problems. They are the cause of the Division and hate we are seeing all around the world.

They have been infringing on the rights and freedoms of people for longer then COVID-19 and they want us to trust them?

Some people like ourselves know more because we have experienced it so we did not fall into the governments trap and take the booster or vaccine but we were criticized by those who never experienced the government corruption and listened to them when they were forced to take somthing that was never ment to go into their bodies.

We never criticized those for not listening and judging us for the situations we were being placed in which should have been an eye opener before they went and put somthing in their body but chose to make their own decision and listen to the government.

SECTION (1) - CANADIAN CHARTER OF RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS

Canada is founded upon principles that recognize the supremacy of god and the rule of law:

This guarantees the rights and freedoms in Canada which Justin Trudea and the whole liberal party have violated on EVERY CITIZEN here in Canada since they took office and did not correct the corruption that was happening.

In 2018 when i made Justin Trudeau and the liberal party aware of the corruption happening within the provincial and federal government services my rights and freedoms under section (1) were violated by these government officials when they responded to my complaint with

"SORRY THERE IS NOTHING OUR OFFICE CAN DO TO HELP ASSIST YOU"

I provided the government with 19 years of evidence and there was nothing they could do to help assist me was, is, and should be concerning to everyone.

People here in Canada have FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS section (2) -

Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms

(A) - Freedom of conscience and religion

(B) - Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication;

(C) - Freedom of peaceful assembly; and

(D) - Freedom of association

People started seeing the fundamental freedoms this government was taken away from people after the freedom convoy happened.

The Ontario Court of Justice has been violating my FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS for over 10 years protecting the police from the criminal harssment me and my two children have faced all because i would not go on a date with an officer.

For 10 years it was the same judge in the courtroom almost every time, so he was well aware of what was happening but he chose to violate section 2(B)(C)(D)

PEOPLE JUDGED AND DISCRIMINATED AGAINST THE FREEDOM CONVOY AND THE ORGANIZERS

Should seek forgiveness and make amends because these people are all children of god who realized this government was infringing on peoples charter of rights and freedoms under section (1) - Rights and freedoms in canada.

We all have Mobility rights section 6(2) - Every citizen of Canada and every person who has the status of a permanent resident of canada has the right:

(A)- to move to and take up residence in any province; and

(B) - to pursue a gaining of a livelihood in any province

Being followed from one region to another by the police is violating section 6(2)(B)

Being criminally stalked and harassed by the Children's aid society for 19 years providing them with drug screens to prove i do not use drugs is violating section - 6(2)(B)

A police officer pulling me over and because i would not go on a date he issued me 20 tickets and let me drive my car away in all occurrences making it hard for me to keep my drivers license was most certainly a violation of my Mobility rights.

I am not able to own a car, have a license because i am being CONTROLLED BY THE ONTARIO COURT OF JUSTICE which i have been discriminated against by family and friends for decades.

In 2019 i filed appeals to get my license back. I owed over $29,000.00 for the police criminally stalking and harassing me for a situation their brotherhood put me in.

I won and because i won the crown prosecutor discriminated against me and two years later i now owe $30,000.00 and lost my license again.

The judge who has been biased with me for 10 years is in on it!

On May 15th 2023 which has been a total of 307 days from todays date 17/03/2024 a known police officer around Fenelon Falls who has criminally stalked and harassed my children and I, since we moved into Fenelon Falls in 2016 pulled in behind my vehicle and charged me.

He impounded my vehicle and summonds me to court on June 18th 2023.

When i attended court the charges were withdrawn but the judge wanted no part in giving me back my vehicle i had just bought a couple months prior.

This email conversation between myself (JENNYLYNN WOODCOCK) and the POA manager in the courthouse can confirm the charges were withdrawn and an order to release my vehicle was signed but she crossed off my order making me responsible to cover the cost of the police criminally stalking and harassing me so i lost my new car.

EVERY CITIZEN NEEDS TO BE MADE AWARE THESE GOVERNMENT WORKERS ARE PROTECTED UNDER A POLICY TO VIOLATE PEOPLES RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS HERE IN CANADA.

PEOPLE / CITIZENS THINK WE ARE HERE TO OVER THROW THE GOVERNMENT

HAVE NEVER HAD TO LIVE IN THE SHOES OF THOSE WHO THIS GOVERNMENT HAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF FOR DECADES.

Jealousy and hate comes from people who try to hide the truth from being shared.

My only agenda is to share with my brothers and sisters the truth!
