My name is Jennylynn Woodcock, I was born at North York General Hospital here in Canada ON in 1981.
My mothers name was Diane and my fathers name is Rick. I was born with one sibling and was raised in Markham ON till i was 6 years old and relocated to Stouffville ON when my mother separated from my father in 1987.
I attended 2 Catholic schools one in Markham and one in Stouffville and labelled by both because i was having a hard time dealing with the separation of my parents. My mother was made by the school board to take me to see a doctor where now he wanted my mom to put me on medication.
My mother refused as she came from a family whom were all about natural herbs and medications.

In 1989 my mother took my sister and I out of the Catholic school and put us into a public school. Now, because i was labelled by the school board and ministry of health i was placed in a special educational class room.
Back then students and teachers called it special ED,
I was picked on and bullied, called stupid and other names because i had to be in the Special ED classroom.
This report card was given to my mom by the Catholic School Board before i was put into the public school system.
In 1989 i was 8 years old and today i build websites. I do not take any medications so the school board is very quick to judge children while the doctors are quick to write prescriptions and misdiagnose. In 2013 I started taking up wood-burning after the loss of my mother which i find very soothing for the mind and sole.

I was in an accident
The news reporter discriminated against me and made up faults stories when the accident never happened in a parking lot it happened on Main Street in Stouffville involving an impaired driver who was just leaving the bar and pulling out of the parking lot.
There is two sides to every story, this news reporter left out this man was charged for impaired driving and did time in Jail.
Many people know about Sunny brook Hospital in Toronto Ontario.
Although in 1998 this hospital saved my life the doctor who looked after me,
told me i would never walk or have children when i was 17 years old.
He pushed pain medications on me which then caused my addiction to pills that led to other addictions.
This doctor telling me at 17 years old I would never have kids or walk again caused me sever mental trauma.

Our health care system has been failing us for decades
In 2002 at 22 years old I had my first born child (Boy)
I didn't go to rehab to get clean and sober from my addictions,
I had a strong solid mother who was strict and shown me tough love.
With her help and support i was able to quit everything but weed which i continue to smoke because it helps my anxiety and depression.
When my son was a year old my mom took him away for the day to visit her parents.
I was at home and they were 2 hours away.
My only sibling came to our home and picked a fight with me,
and i ended up calling the police out of impulse.
York Regional Police
Attended our home and this officer discriminated against me to the Children's aid society because my sister told him i was crazy.
The police have been targeting people for several years!
If the officer had no concerns then why did he violate my charter of rights and freedoms and call the Children's Aid Society.
Stalked and Harassed for 19 years by the Children's Aid Society because of family, police, teachers and vindictive people in General.
I have been having to give up my rights and freedoms for decades to the Children's aid society because i was being discriminated against. The Government is 100% responsible for targeting our children and this has been going on dating as far back as the residential school days. If people do not wake up soon the Government will start taking our children just like they did back then!
Teachers and principles who work for the school board have been involved with the Governments Corruption for many years.
We are suppose to trust and believe in our Government and their workers but they are the one targeting our children.
The Children's Aid Society is protected by the school board and the government
We fear for the younger generation and the parents this will affect if people around the world don't soon start to wake up.
When I was 24 years old i had some drinks with my partner one evening, and i was discriminated against by the Children's aid Society. They had me scared and believing i would loose my son for having some drinks so i refused to drink after that. I am 43 years old and the only time i will have a drink is on my birthday because of the mental abuse i received from the Children's aid society for over 20 years.
The police have not been here to serve and protect civilians in well over a decade
The world viewed, seen and witnessed what went on in Ottawa with the police trampling over people on horses, we seen how they treated peaceful protesters and their children. Now how many of you would believe this behavior has been happening here in Canada for many years?
In 2018 I was assaulted by a O.P.P officer in front of my daughter who was 12 at the time. This same police officer was involved in shooting a baby to get to his dad. The police have been targeting civilians for longer then most people realize. Watch the you tube video to see how this officer does his Job!
These police are not here to serve and protect civilians
The Police, MTO and the Criminal court of Justice has been targeting me, making it hard to hold a vaild drivers license for the last 20 years. I fought for it back in 2018 $29,000.00 thousand in fines because of these government workers then this incident occurred with this officer that took a human life away far to soon, leaving a family broken and i was placed in jail on september 21st 2018 when he performed a illegal stop and assaulted me in front of my daughter.

April 2010 I was pulled over by a officer and when I refused to go on a date he issued me 8 tickets in the first stop and proceeded to pull me over MAY, JUNE & JULY
There was 20 tickets issued
Police officers have been targeting civilians for decades
This is not serving or protecting!
In 2006 I was misdiagnosed by a psychiatrist who was covering up for the police and the children's aid society. It was easier for him to Diagnose me with a bunch of mental health issues and put me on some heavy medications i should never have been taken.
In 2011 I reported all the corruption to my new family doctor who failed to report any of it!
In 2018 I reported the corruption to the Human rights tribunal and they dismissed my file after providing them with years of evidence.
The mental health crisis going on in our world is solely our Governments fault!
Turning to a social worker for help and she discriminated against me for my anxiety and depression problems and called the Children's aid society.

I was appealing two court dates one in 2013 and another in 2014 before the courts regarding the same judge i just had trial with on May 16th, 2023
I have filed 3 charter applications for which he has dismissed everyone of them!
You can see i was made to plea guilty,
i wasn't allowed to speak in court. The judge cut me off from speaking numerous times.
I explained to the courts my reason for not talking to a JP.
I also admitted my faults of driving and proof of the one officer issuing me 20 tickets.
6 Months after the passing of my mother I became a target for 1 judge out of the Lindsay Court house because my Daughters father and his girl-friend called the police to report me for picking my kids up from school.
When returning home from picking my children up from school my driveway was surrounded with police vehicles as soon as i pulled into my parking lot they blocked me in. My mothers vehicle was what i was driving and they impounded it for 7 days and sent me to court in Lindsay, ON
From 2010 to 2013 i was not mentally strong enough to report the officer for taking my license because i wouldn't go on a date so i thought i would of been able to stand up in court and explain why i was driving improperly but instead my Fundamental freedoms were infringed upon under section 2(b) Freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication; when i was not allowed to stand up to defend myself. My legal rights were infringed upon under section 7 - Life, Liberty and security of person when i was not able to explain my right to life was infringed upon.
As soon as the Judge heard me say "I am on Disability" my Equality rights were infringed upon under section 15(1) - Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age, or mental or physical disability. The judge didn't care what i had to say after that, he imposed a $5 thousand dollar fine which now left me owing the ministry of transportation over $8 thousand dollars.
The appeal judge withdrew the fines but left the convictions against my license so when i went to get insurance they wanted $1,500.00 month. Not even the average working person can afford that!
Here you can see $7 thousand dollars was issued in 2013 and the one officer with 20 tickets gave me $1,900.00 in fines so the total amount i owed to the Ministry in a matter of two years was $8,900.00 because of the police and my Daughters father who molested my son.
The police have been protecting the criminals while criminally stalking and harassing and causing good civilians problems for many years.
And the sad part about it is,
Our criminal justice system does more harm
by violating peoples rights and freedoms.
Government Corruption Has been going on for decades long before this man was even in power!

In 2009 my daughters father sexually molested my son. No charges were laid and because he passed a polygraph he walked free. The police called my 5 year old son a liar and children's aid said because he passed a polygraph he had rights to his daughter and if i stopped him they would take my kids from me.
I was with this man for 5 years before we had a beautiful baby girl. I was warned by others this man wasn't a good man but love is blind when you are 22 years old. I confronted him many times over the years and tried to catch him in lies but he was a great manipulator. My family and friends tried telling me more then once and i didn't listen. I live with this guilt everyday of my life.
Our Criminal Justice System has been defending pedophiles for many years because our government politicians are all pedophiles!

Canadian Law makes criminal harassment an offence punishable by summary conviction or by indictment.
This offence currently carries a maximum penalty of ten years in prison!

For those who have never been a victim of the Government corruption be fortunate and blessed but never judge.
Just because it hasn't happened to you, doesn't mean it's not happening to others.
The School board has been breaking the criminal code on billions if not trillions of families for decades. The teachers and principles who are hired by the school board and funded by our government feel they have the power to criminally stalk and harass families.
Jenny and her children have never received justice and this evidence was all provided to the human rights tribunal for Ontario in 2017 as well as 2018 and both times her files were dismissed.
This law only applies to citizens the police are allowed to Criminally stalk and harass people according to the Independent police review board who also protects the police along with Judges, crown prosecutor's and legal aid lawyers!
On September 14th 2018 this officer pulled in my driveway and removed the license plates off my mustang while i was in my apartment. This is the same officer involved in the May 15th, 2023 occurrence and the officer involved in the trial i am currently before the court fighting on my own because a lawyer will not help me. March 28th 2019 my rights and freedoms were infringed upon by a legal aid lawyer who failed to represent me. He viewed these pictures and video evidence, filed this FACTUM WITH THE COURTS on February 26th 2019
The legal aid lawyer knew on March 18th, 2019 he was going in to do a trial for me on March 19th, 2019 as i spoke with him on the phone that evening and he advised me to stay home and he would contact me after court was done. On the morning of March 19th, 2019 (The day of trial) I was woken by the legal aid lawyer asking me where i was and i needed to come to the court house because him and the crown have come up with a global resolution. He told me on the phone as well as when i got to the court house " I can get you fines and no jail time" mentally exhausted i complied because i wanted to get this over and done with.
As soon as i plead guilty i was sentenced to 7 days in jail.
The Judge, Crown Prosecutor and legal aid lawyer all violated my legal rights under section (7) Life, liberty and security of a person but also section (9) Detention or imprisonment on March 28th, 2019 when i was sentenced to jail and had to be taken away from my children. The mental trauma these three men caused my children and I was unacceptable but the fact these three men were aware of the mental health problems both my son and I have is proof they violated our Equality rights under section 15(1) -
Every individual is equal before and under the law and has the right to equal protection and equal benefit of the law without discrimination and, in particular, without discrimination based on race, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, sex, age or mental or physical disability.
These three men used my mental health problems against me, they discriminated against me for it. Meanwhile they were the cause of it.
Our Criminal Justice System is another cause for why so many people loose these license and have mental health problems.

A child who has autism and has never been away from me much in his life. These three men also violated two children's legal rights under section (7)
life, liberty and security but they violated there legal rights and mine under section (12) unfair treatment or punishment.

Our Criminal Justice System is broken
Because Government Workers do not care about people, they are there to profit for themselves.
Not for the well being of Canadian citizens whereas they signed an oath to protect the citizens and this is not what you call protecting.
My Legal Rights under section 9- Detention or imprisonment were infringed upon on March 28th, 2019 because this legal aid lawyer failed to represent me because he was friends with the crown prosecutor who just shortly before discriminated against me for winning my appeals to get my drivers license back in 2019
Before I hired the legal aid lawyer the crown prosecutor wanted to have a meeting with me in his office whereas he discriminated against me for winning my appeals
He told me he was a crown prosecutor for many years and he had never seen anyone win appeals like me so he would make sure this one i did not win. Here is his submissions in the court transcript for my trial that was heard on March 19th, 2019 submissions by this same crown prosecutor who has been on many of my matters before the court dating back to 2013.
I appealed my fines in 2018 to better my life and get my license back only to lose it in 2019 because this Justice of the peace was protecting the criminal justice system and violating my rights and freedoms to protect himself so he discriminated against me.
The Crown Prosecutor is protected by the Judge
My rights and freedoms section (1) were infringed upon by this justice of the peace who works out of the Lindsay court house on March 19th, 2019 because he was protecting the police and the crown prosecutor. He infringed upon the rights and freedoms of the legal aid lawyer when he had no desire to hear about my mental health problems. My legal rights under section (7) Life, liberty and security of person has been infringed by this court location dating back to 2013 so his choice on March 19th, 2019 to place me in jail and take me away from my children for crimes committed by the police is violating my legal rights section (9) Detention or imprisonment. The discrimination against me is a criminal offence as i tried to take responsibility when i appealed my fines in 2018

After I received my license back in 2018 i was forced to put my vehicle in my fathers name for insurance purposes. This video is evidence this officer has been criminally stalking and harassing me and my children. This is the same officer who just impounded my vehicle on May 15th 2023 as well as violated my legal rights in 2018 when he pulled in my driveway and begin to remove my license plates on my vehicle
In the Ontario Court Disclosure under the case file synopsis it shows the violation of my charter of rights and freedoms being infringed upon by this Ontario Provincial police officer. The discrimination against me by the Ontario Provincial Police is horrible. In this court disclosure this officer claims i gave him an expired license but here is my license i provided to him on February 9th 2022. My License was not expired it was suspended on November 15th 2021 because of being targeted by the Legal aid lawyer, crown prosecutor and Justice of the peace when they violated my legal rights under section (9) detention or imprisonment and placed me in jail and imposed another fine they knew i could not afford.
Canada is broken and has been broken for decades whereas you were aware.

On February 9th 2022 this Ontario provincial police officer lied and discriminated against me to the Ontario Court of Justice
Video footage of the February 9th 2022 occurrence whereas there was vaild insurance on the vehicle as my car was in my fathers name along with the insurance.
This stop was as recent as May 15th, 2023 which involves the same officer i was attending trial with on May 16th, 2023 where as i filed a charter application which was dismissed by the judge who has been biased with me since 2013. This officer impounded my motor vehicle which is currently sitting in the impound. A order to release vehicle was signed on July 21st 2023 by a justice of the peace who crossed off my order that the car be brought home without having to pay the fees as i was not found guily on July 18th 2023 when I attended court for the stop on May 15th, 2023 infact the charges were withdrawn!
The real true criminals are those who are rich and in power!
The Judges and crown prosecutors like to take advantage of the less fortunate by targeting them within the system.
This order to release of detained vehicle was signed on July 21st 2023 whereas this shows a few things....

This shows on July 18th, 2023 the justice of the peace violated Jenny's legal rights under section (7) -Life, liberty and security of a person to defend the police officer who broke the criminal code section 264(1) by criminally stalking and harassing her and her family on May 15th 2023 as well as performed in theft of her motor vehicle that has been impounded for a total of 684 days - Theft is also a criminal offense section 334(a)(i) (ii) whereas now the justice of the peace on both dates July 18th 2023 & July 21st 2023 are both guilty of engaging in breaking section 334(a)(i)(ii) to defend the officer and crown prosecutor.
On July 21st 2023 the justice of the peace who signed the order crossed off Jenny's request knowing full well she was not found guilty of the offences on July 18th 2023
this proves she is also engaging in the criminal activities going on in this court house.
Another complaint dismissed by the independent police review board.
The police have been protected by the government for many years to target people.
This impound yard is violating Jenny's legal rights as well as they are taking part in the theft of her motor vehicle
If a police officer pulls you over and issues you (3) summons tickets to attend court and impounds your motor vehicle. You attend court and their is no information before the courts for these charges so they get withdrawn but the judge says "I have other matters before the court to deal with, you will have to talk to the justice of the peace at a later time about your vehicle" you know the judge is protecting the police officer as well as the crown prosector.
On July 18th 2023 Jenny attended the Ontario court of Justice to deal with the matters of the offense date of May 15th, 2023 when the same officer who has been criminally stalking and harassing her and her children since they moved into town in 2016 made an illegal stop, which violated Jenny's legal rights under section 8 - Search and seizure.
He impounded her motor vehicle and gave her (3) summons to defendant tickets to attend before the justice of the peace in court whereas all 3 charges were withdrawn and she was not found guilty on July 18th 2023
The justice of the peace hearing Jenny's matter on July 18th 2023 was fully aware of what was happening so she defended the police and the crown prosecutor.
She violated Jenny's legal rights under section 7- Life, Liberty and security of a person.
withholding some ones personal property is a criminal offense under section 322(1)(a)
322(1) - Every one commits theft who fraudulent and without colour of rights takes, or fraudulently and without colour of rights converts to his use or to the use of another person, anything, whether animate or inanimate, with intent
(A) - To deprive, temporarily or absolutely, the owner of it, or a person who has special property or interest in it, or the thing or of his property or interest in it;
Not dealing with her motor vehicle that has been sitting in impound for a total of
684 days
Makes her just as guilty of breaking the criminal code section 333.1(1) - Everyone who commits theft is, if the property stolen is a motor vehicle, guilty of an offence and liable
(a) On proceedings by way of indictment, to imprisonment for a term of not more then 10 years, and to a minimum punishment of imprisonment for a term of six months in the case of a third or subsequent offence under this subsection; or (b) On summary conviction, to imprisonment for a term of not more than two years less a day.
On August 11th 2023 Jenny reported the towing company to the better business bureau of Ontario for defending the police and taking part in the theft of her motor vehicle that has been sitting in their impound yard for a total of 684 days as of todays date 2025-03-29
This company was made aware on July 18th 2023
all charges against Jenny were dropped and she was not found guilty!

The Manager of the Provincial offenses office was aware there was no information before the courts, he was aware Jenny was not found guilty on July 18th 2023 but he continued to allow the judge to cross off her order makes him just as guilty!
Email conversations between the MANAGER of the provincial offenses office and Jenny reveal this manager is aware of what is happening which makes him just as guilty of violating Jenny's constitutional rights.
These are the tickets Jenny received on May 15th 2023 by the same officer who has been targeting her since 2016
Now imagine sitting outside of your place of residence having a coffee and you see a police officer and a mental health worker pull up and randomly serve you with (3) summons tickets on September 1st 2023 for the May 15th 2023 occurrence this is 45 days after the court appearance and the charges were withdrawn on July 18th 2023!
The crown openly admitted on July 18th 2023 in the court room the police had 6 months to come back and lay charges.

The canadian mental health worker is well aware of the corruption that is taking place but he is failing to stop it which makes him just as guilty of commiting crimes against humanity.

The Canadian Judicial council is protecting the judges and crown prosecutors who work out of the Lindsay ON Court of Justice
On June 23rd 2023 Jenny Filed a complaint to the
Canadian Judicial councial about the judge who has been biased with her since 2013 and keeps dismissing her Charter applications in court.
It has been 3 months already and Jenny still has not heard back from them, even when she does they will only defend the judge because on
Tuesday September 12th, 2023 he was the same judge who was in the courtroom with the crown prosecutor who has also been biased with her for the last two years.
She was attending court for the tickets that were issued September 1st 2023 for the May 15th 2023 occurrence for which the police, courts and the towing company are all violating her legal rights under section (8) Search and seizure
As well as section 11(d) to be presumed innocent until proven guilty according to law in a fair and public hearing by an independent and impartial tribunal.

and the charges were withdrawn on July 18th 2023

The Human Rights Tribunal is defending the Ontario Court of Justice
They tried to dismiss her application on the basis she did not reply to an email 10 months earlier before the decsion was made on January 16th 2025
Jenny did not agree with the tribunals decision so she filed a request for reconsideration.
The Human Rights denied her application once again now using the excuse she didn't submit the information they were requesting!
Jenny has provided the Human rights tribunal with binders full of evidence they have been giving her the run around every time, hoping she would give up!
After everything i have been through i still walk around with a smile on my face and a positive mind set regardless of what people think.

Have been around for centuries
And protected by the police who work for our government
Have you heard the saying "A child who was under protected ends up being a protective parent" My mother was an amazing mother don't get me wrong but she worked many hours and was barely home when i was a child so i ran the roads and did what i wanted. In 1995 i lost my Grandmother it caused me depression, anxiety and behavioral problems so i did not listen. I would sneak out and hang out with my childhood best friend.
This guy here had a huge impact on my life. He was my best friend from grade school to high school. We dated many times on and off till we moved apart.
my mother looked after him and took him in on multiple occasions because he kept running away from the group home he was in. When i was 14 he got a job working at a local gas station in Stouffville ON where we both lived at the time.
He introduced his co-worker to me who ended up sexually assaulting me. When i told him about it, and several other friends it wasn't taken seriously so i kept it bottled in side and lost friends.
After not seeing this friend in years I agreed to allow him to come and visit me when i lived in York Region in July of 2015. Not knowing his ride was the same friend who sexually molested me and got away with it when i was 14 years old. After the visit these two men called the children's aid society on me and made up many faults alligations to try and have my kids taken away and cause me pain but it did not work as you can see.
Nobody Can convince me to think otherwise
My childhood friend knew what was happening which makes him just as guilty!

After they started going once a year for their flu shot their health started deteriorating this is when leon got cancer, fought and beat it, gained heart problems and high blood pressure issues and the list goes on.

I was born to a beautiful mother with a kind, caring compassionate sole. She was a hard worker and was raised by two strong, solid people who made their marriage last for over 85 years.
When my mother was young she left the town of Highland grove ON to make a life for herself in Toronto.
She went to collage and university and got a degree in real estate. She met my father and had my sister, they then decided to have me two years later.
When i was 4 my parents got married but there marriage did not last long because of cheating. Mom said it was dad, and dad said it was mom.
It mentally affected me as a child but regardless they are both my parents so who am i to judge.
They were not happy in their marriage, but how i feel they should never have had my sister or I because it affected my whole life

Families all stuck together, and helped each other out.
Men and women stayed faithful and raised their children together with what they had in the 50's - 60's and 70's in the 80's the government started giving parents more money which then created greed in people.
Families started dividing, men and women started cheating, the children's aid society started intervening, the government started giving out medications to make it easier to target our children and allow the society to take children from parents who they deemed unfit. In the 80's and 90's parents started separating and divorcing which causes trauma to a child. It could affect a number of their thoughts and feelings and change the person that they were born to be. Now they are made to go see a doctor to be put on medications that are toxin.
My biological father has never played a big part in my life.
But he is close with my only sibling.
When I was 14 I called him a sperm donor which he held over my head for many years.
In 2016 his wife passed away and my children and I went to her funeral to support him and my sister and they ended up kicking me out for speaking the truth.
In 2020 my biological father came to me to make amends.
I was happy and excited because he is my only living parent left.
He offered me the chance to buy his trailer for 9 thousand dollars.
we made arrangements i would make monthly payments till it was paid off.
Two years in making payments he started acting like this with me.

My own father watched my children and I go without for two years to give him $600.00 a month for payments on the trailer
I am not upset that my own father made me pay him $9,000
I am upset that after i was done paying him off he moved my trailer off his property and went on a trip to Cuba with my sister and i still have yet to see my trailer that i rightfully bought.

people who don't have time, care or compassion are the first to put their parents in a home. I hate to talk about my own family members but i am a truthful and honest person and i say it as it is. On December 25th 2012 my mother woke up and wanted to go to the hospital but she wanted to wait till my sister arrived so she could watch my two kids who were very young at the time 4 and 8. My sister just started a new relationship and her response was " I can't, i have Christmas dinner to go to at ***** family's house" this to me is very self centered so i have never forgiven her. Maybe i am wrong but this to me is not right. Her main focus was not on her mother it was on a new boyfriend who just entered the picture.

This same man took advantage of me on multiple occasions to clean his AIRBNB house and used me for sex for his own game.
This landscape company services many residential and commercial properties in Toronto and the owner is a government scammer. You can see my response was yes all i wanted was a ride to get some soil for my plants and a coffee from Tim Horton's i didn't care about the money or the bud. I also had my own vehicle in my driveway but choose to get a ride before i drove my own vehicle improperly because of the police. When he arrived i noted the smell of alcohol and he was impaired. This made me mad and i told him how i felt about the situation of him driving impaired and he told me to fuck off (after he took the weed) On April 25th 2023 it can be viewed he messaged me first. I spoke my mind and this was the response i received.

It's been 9 years since i was in a relationship
Yes i have seen men in that 9 years but a relationship to me is not what most classify in today's society
After being mistreated twice and both my children being sexually abused by two men who were supposed to love and protect us
I never wanted to find love again, I never wanted to get attached or have my kids around guys and when i did i always was watching because it now became a phobia.

I met this guy, He lied right off the start about being in a relationship. I come to find out his girlfriend was pregnant at the time. Then he had me convinced by kissing me infront of her he wasn't with her when infact he was!
This guy brought my name through mud for the 3 years on and off that he played with my emotions and used me for one thing only.
It's guy's like this who are the problem and the girls always get the blame!
I was slandered and talked about for years because of this guy who was a drug user and a heavy drinker

Summer of 2020 I met this man at the trailer park where my trailer was at

In 2016 I moved my children and I to Fenelon Falls ON to start a new life in a different area and get away from the criminal harassment by the police.
We put all of our belongings in a storage unit and walked away from our house to move to Fenelon falls.
So when people that i have asked for help wonder why i have no money,
I have been paying for a storage unit since 2016 that holds my 3 story 3 bedroom house i was pushed out of because of the police to move into a run down 2 bedroom apartment where we have been bullied and picked on, slandered and our property damaged. Given the drug users and alcoholics in this building have threatened to rob my apartment I refuse to bring my belongings here whereas most of my things in storage belong to my deceased parents.
We had to wait 2 years for a kitchen window!

For two years these two men took advantage of my son and would only give him $30.00 to cut the lawn.

When I moved into this building in 2016 I would go down stairs and clean the lobby and not ask these two men for a dime!
The other tenants just started going in there drinking, puking and not cleaning up their mess so i STOPPED
Over the years it was maintained by other tenants but it was never cleaned
The young moms in the building allowing their kids to go in there and draw with chalk on the windows and walls. Even a tenant going in there to spray paint her coffee table!
Trying to keep the lobby clean from tenants who are very disrespectful and don't care is hard
Spending from morning to night scrubbing windows, walls and floors getting spray paint off them. Not asking for a dime but finding out the landlord pay's a tenant in the building who has done the bare minimum $90.00 Month!
May 24 weekend of 2023 I went down to the lobby to clean it because i am tired of walking through the mess
Walked through this for weeks before I had enough and cleaned it myself.
I am hated and talked about by these people because I don't sit around drinking and doing drugs and I am trying to keep the building clean which I was discriminated against by the landlord for doing!

The tenant who just moved in a few months back also friends with the landlord is trying to push us out!
Since he moved in we have called the police 4 times for help and nothing was done to help us.
They viewed video footage of this family causing us problems, slandering and discriminating against us, threatning us but he was let off with a warning.
The minute my son finally snaps and has enough he gets arrested.
After I finished a tenant came in and purposely did this because she doesn't like me because she is now with a man i was seeing from our building who ended up threating harm to me and my children as well as my apartment one night when he was drunk so i ended up walking away real quick and now she is with him and feels the need to be dirty.
And they do it because they have a hate on for me and have mistreated me since the day i moved in.

His youngest son moved into the same building as her, infact the unit right below hers.
